Diana C. Heard, CPA
Diana C Heard CPA is the owner and founding member of RPS Accounting and Tax PC currently located in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Diana has been in the accounting field since 1988. She has held positions in many industries including Banking, Casino’s, Construction, Inventory environments, Software installation and training, and ultimately public accounting. Diana grew up in an Air force family living in several US cities and a couple foreign duty stations.
Her original CPA license was issued in October 1996 after obtaining her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.
The original business Diana started in 1999 was in Arizona and under her own name: Diana C Heard CPA. In 2010 the new company of RPS Accounting and Tax PC was established. With more than 26 years of tax preparation, business consulting, and business ownership Diana possess the expertise and experience to help clients in our scope of services. Â
